I love working 1:1 with clients who are a good fit. I am currently offering three month private coaching packages for women who are ready for a change.
Witnessing the transformation from a place of struggle to a space of ease and well-being is a miraculous experience. Self acceptance is the greatest gift you can give yourself, and I specialize in helping women release unhealthy patterns and befriend their true selves. When perception changes, your vibration changes, your thinking shifts, and your outer world aligns with inner joy.

“When I first started working with Christina, I was coming out of an abusive relationship; a period of isolation and grief. I was numb and living in survival mode. I felt disconnected and afraid to want anything for myself or let myself be vulnerable again. I can now navigate difficult feelings in all areas of my life- family, professional, romantic- without falling into defeatism and paralysis. I witness myself transforming - in how I respond to painful family situations or in finding the desire to attempt dating again in my 40’s.
I can walk away from unhealthy interactions much more quickly.
I am no longer constantly seeking validation from outside sources. I approach men with a relaxed dignity, knowing who I am as a woman and what I want. My self-perception has been freed from self-destructive judgments and I can sense my worth when I put my hands on my heart. This is how I began to learn self-love. Christina told me to put my hands on my heart and feel it all. I feel present in my body now and can keep the mind-body-heart connection open. Self-judgement has been replaced with a new ease and enjoyment in how I see myself, move, and interact with the world. I now give myself permission to be imperfect and still stay open without fear that I won’t be enough. The old mindset of lack and scarcity has transformed into gratitude, wonder, pleasure, and love. I feel like I’m awake after many years of hiding away from the present moment. I now have a life I want to live.”
